Our commitments
- We never encourage a driver to exceed the posted legal speed limit.
- We never present advertising as a safety alert.
- We never place advertising over navigation instructions.
- We never require typing while the vehicle is moving.
- Voice-first interaction is the default in active navigation.
Distraction control
- No advertising popups, autoplay video or flashing animation during navigation.
- Large touch targets, high-contrast driving mode and automatic night mode.
- Reduced-motion option for drivers who prefer it.
Community road reports
- Report crashes, stopped vehicles, closures, heavy traffic, flooding, fog, sand, hazards, potholes and incorrect map or speed-limit data.
- Reports use rate limiting, duplicate detection, confirmation by nearby users, automatic expiry and moderation.
