WAYLO is a driver-assistance and discovery tool. Road signage, road markings, traffic officers and local law always take priority over anything shown in the app. You remain fully responsible for safe and lawful driving.

Routes, arrival times, toll charges and fuel or energy costs are estimates produced from third-party data and your own settings. They can differ from real conditions and actual charges.

Coupons are issued by the business, not by WAYLO. Each coupon is single-use, tied to your account, valid only within its stated window and redeemable only at the issuing business. Misuse may result in cancellation.

Business accounts must supply accurate licence information and hold the rights to any logo, image or artwork they upload. Listings and campaigns may be rejected, suspended or removed if they breach these terms.
