Guidance while you drive

A driving screen that stays readable at a glance and speaks when it matters.

Once you start a route, WAYLO shows the next manoeuvre in a large banner with the distance to it, followed by the manoeuvre after that. Lane guidance appears where the provider supplies it, so you know which lane to hold before a junction.

Spoken instructions are announced at appropriate distances rather than repeatedly, and are never duplicated. Mute, volume, pause, resume, route overview and end-trip controls are all reachable with one hand.

If you leave the planned route, WAYLO confirms the deviation across several GPS readings before rerouting, which avoids false rerouting caused by GPS noise. A traffic-based route change is only offered when the provider confirms a meaningful time saving. The screen is kept awake during navigation and released when the trip ends.

Frequently asked questions

Does guidance keep working with the screen off?
Browser-based apps have limited background capability, particularly on iOS. Keep WAYLO in the foreground during navigation for reliable spoken guidance.
What happens if GPS is lost?
WAYLO tells you that the signal is weak or lost and keeps the last known position and route on screen until accurate readings return.
