Scanning coupons at your counter

Open the Scan page in the business portal and allow camera access, then point the camera at the customer's QR code. If the camera is unavailable, type the printed code instead.

Redemption is verified on the server against your business, the coupon's validity window and its remaining capacity. A coupon that is expired, cancelled, already redeemed or issued by another business is rejected with a clear reason.
